Personal information is the information we collect when an order is placed. This may include your name, billing address, email address, and phone number. No other information is collected beyond that which is necessary to complete your request and purchase. We do not collect any credit card details, because all financial transactions are completed through PayPal. Flash Web Center does not disclose or sell your personal information to any third-parties.
If you wish to have a customized website then we will keep a file with any information pertaining to your requests. This file will be viewed only by Flash Web Center personnel and any information therein will remain strictly in Flash Web Center's database. Files will be kept for 12 months after completion of a project and thereafter be securely discarded. If Flash Web Center is responsible for updating the website then the file will remain open, to expedite update processing and clarify any further modifications until 12 months after any business transactions have ceased.
